he is carrying the helmet just for the sake of it.just to avoid getting caught by the cops. helmets are very rare in nagpur since we dont have a helmet rule here, though the authorities are trying their best to enforce the law.i just hope the day comes very soon so that some can avoid losing their lives in minor accidents.rash riding is common here and so are accidents.i dont know when people will learn to value their lives.i believe that the helmet should be compulsory for the pillion too as its the pillion who has more probability to get hurt.awareness about helmets is the prime need of the hour |
