I don't know if separate thread would be allowed. I have just driven it for 400kms after delivery. I have my exams this weekend and then by next weekend I would take it to off-road.
I drove my safari after covering 300Kms on Gurkha and it felt like the best car available. The Safari seemed so quiet, comfortable and gr8! compared to Gurkha. Basic things are missing in it and the factory job many places is bad bad work.
If mods allow I would post the pics where it needs modifications as per me, to make it at least usable on day to day basis.
The vehicle came with around 65PSi in tires, and the ride was very bumpy. Thanks to Dr. Roy AKA Gurkha he asked me to chk the tires and reduce them to 32. Which improved the ride very much. Also the bolt in hinge of passenger door was half out, which was then later on pressed back. Too many small issues.
The car is also not cheap, considering the number of modification you would need to do after getting it.
Of course the looks it generate from the people has been mind boggling once you are on street! |
