few months ago i was keeping my car's papers neatly and found that there was no RC card.after a lot of searching and calling here and there the result was RC lost!

i've got my RC done from PCMC RTO when the car was registered in my name.

my queries are:
1.whats the procedure or procuring a duplicate one?
2.in how many days will i get another one?
3.is it OK if i go to the PMC RTO for procuring a duplicate or i have to stick to PCMC RTO compulsarily?
