paddy you will have to go to PCMC RTO only. you will need a FIR from your local Police Station, ID proof, insurance and some form (i dont remember the form number) that you get from the RTO for issuing a duplicate RC. thats what i can recall from when i got mine around 6 years back.
also there will some fees for the same and will take around 3 weeks.
