Subros a/c sux big time. I had a problem on the Dicor (documented elsewhere) after a round of mud-plugging and I had the entire a/c assembly replaced, compressor, pipes, switch and all. How? I called up the Tata Motors Regional Customer Care and yeah everyone's **** scared of them. The Subros engineer came down personally, and the dealer made him inspect the replacement and sign on some kind of paper there. Got him to test drive in the blistering heat as well - I wish the a/c had conked off then so that he would have had to sweat it out...
