Its absolutely normal as long as it happens only after a refuel. Just make sure you drive for a km or two with the windows open.

Recommended oil interval for mineral oil is 5000 kms. And 30 sec to a minute wait after a long drive should be followed. Some turbocharger gyan is the reason. The experts will give you a better answer.
