This guy from bangalore office could have inspected your vehicle. Without inspecting the vehicle, relying on dealer's words how can he suggest to change a particular part? Atleast if not him, he could have sent some technical person from his office (not dealer) to inspect the vehicle.

Is the regular service being done at Vinayak Cars??
