Bro, this is the height of insanity!. I believe you should move to the press & tarnish the image of this dealer, so other come to know about it. Hit these people where it hurts the most.

Also, you can file a case with the consumer court on grounds of fraud & mental torture. These scoundrels need someone to teach them a lesson!
