Sometimes there are rattles because of half opened windows. I see a lot of this in my safari. Ofcourse the older the safari gets, the more the squeaking and rattles from all the plastic adhering components.
I recently went to JC road in Bangalore and i talked to a few of the interior guys and they told me that they would add a thin insulation strip between the plastics to dampen the noise. I wasnt too happy with their comment that they cannot get rid of the noise altogether. Anyway, will update when i get the car checked out and the expenses normalized! |
