well each sub has certain specs which determine the volume and the other specs to desgin an enclosure..so enclosures are basically designed based on the subwoofer specs..each sub of the same size might require different volumes of boxes too,so to say u can fit any sub in the same box and get the best out of it would not sufice.im sure navin will come up with the techy details..
