Just received some marketing brochure from a new entrant to the premium after-sales service market - Galaxi Auto. I must say that I am very impressed by the details mentioned including:

1. Free pick-up and delivery
2. 24 hours helpline for breakdown services 98202.25000
3. 10,000 sq.ft. enclosed area service facility
4. Implementation of "six sigma, TQM and Just-in-Time"
5. Full software and tools for various makes and models of cars.

The brochure is like 8 pages and claims to offer service to all exotics including Ferraris and Jaguars...beside the regular range of Mercs, BMWs, Volvos and Audis.
