"...Why not use contacts..." my mom's real bro is an IPS officer and is posted in Lucknow...could have used the contacts and names...but that is not how the world works and we as Indians should shun this habit of "...jaanta nahein mera baap/bhai/chacha/mama/phoopha kaun hai??....."
"...pay some cash..." again the same as above, plus I wanted to see is it really possible to go about without all this...is the system really helpful...are the people (crooks/middleman/corrupt) fooling us because of lack of knowledge
