I think 'a Qualis' is there permanently to reveal the multibrand thingy.
They have specific SAs deputed for various brands. When I went there with a friend y'day, they called Mr. X (specialization in a particular brand)The person came & yup, I could recognize him ( last time he was working with another .... service station).He told us they have people well trained in all brands/ makes.
