@humyum, sorry to hear your tale of woes.
It does appear that the car sold to you was a lemon in the first place. The suspension going bad after the first service just does not sound right!

Now, what are the options? Approach the consumer forum, shout it loud with Maruti higher-ups and demand an apology/explanation. Maybe some of the experts here can recommend something to get rid of the misery.
