Havent used the DI. Have driven the Bolero many times. Personally, I felt it was not sluggish, pulled properly. This is the GLX which I have driven. The ride is good too. Nice rugged vehicle as you have mentioned. The DI engine from the Marshall now comes with a 5 Speed gearbox. I would suggest you to look for the powersteering version (GLX, I guess), because the Bolero can be very tedious without power steering.
