I'm repeating my Q. At what speeds is the difference in handling felt ?
Since you are driving a Lancer ... could you give your assessment on how it compares with the Baleno, considering 100% city driving - gears changes, short bursts of speed (with A/C on), low speed ride, NVH etc ..
