Sorry guys I put in the torque figure for the 2.0T which has 207 lb ft @ 1800rpm. The 3.6 V6 gives out
265 Lb ft of torque at 2750 rpm.
There is another thread on this forum about Japs v/s Yanks. This just struck me. The G6 has a 3.5L V6 engine with 200 Hp. The Passat has a 3.6L V6 with 280 HP. The Yanks really have a lot of catching up to do with the Japs, Europeans and even Koreans!
