Santros have 155/70 R13 tyres, what are the pros and cons of fitting and 155/70 R14 (not sure if 155/70 R14 is aviable)

what i understand by making tyres bigger, it will increase top speed, decrease acceralation, improve ride quality, improve fuel efficency.

Or should i go for wider 13" tyres
