 a few more reasons why accidents can happen..
1) Trying to avoid hitting cattle/dogs/pedestrians who have strayed into the roads.
2) Bad condition of roads and poorly designed roads Ex: without proper banking, lighting etc
3) Other persons negligence.
4) Driving at high speeds.
