1. Uninstall netscape, install firefox or opera and use them for browsing. Some banking sites are IE only so use Internet explorer for that
2. Apply an IE security path immediately. A big vunerability has been recently patched up.
3. Run AVG anti-virus, and microsoft anti spyware.
