Even train lines were blocked when Ganguly was axed. Just imagine what will happen if all those auto & bus drivers were made failed in license test! People will say that govt. is preventing unemployed youths from earning & feeding their families. What works in western society won't work in India.
Highways in India now better than they were a decade earlier. Transport scenario in India is gradually changing albeit very slowly. But better late than never.
