Clear hawkers from sidewalks. Sole reason, why most people walk on roads.

Strict rules and punishments be made so that people use sidewalks. They must be heavily fined! The Government wants to make Mumbai into Shanghai. Heck, in places, like Singapore, you are caught if you dont flush the public toilet!!!

Like I said earlier, Rickshaw production must be stopped. Unfortunately, I think because of complete MONOPOLY, this will not happen.
