U can fit '100/90' or '130/100' bulbs on an optra since it has two separate bulbs doing the duty.Moreover, even if u cud have fit them, theu'll melt and haze the clear lens and i'm sure u dont want to pay for a pair of optra headlight assemblies twice a year.

My suggestion for u is to discuss this topic with Rudra and decide upon it.
