buddy please check sure there is a bluetooth antenna in your laptop.

most of the times manufacturers use the same laptop chassis for various configs and so the bluetooth light and switch may actually show but may not be there.

if you have a bluetooth in your laptop then the drivers should be already installed by the manufactuerer. try searching for bluetooth in search and you will find the details.
