185/60 will hurt your ride quality a lot, and probably increase noise (from bumps, not the tire itself) besides introducing a largish error in your speedometer/odometer readings - will cause a higher than normal reading.

The correct upsizes for 175/80 R13 would appear to be 185/70 R14 or
195/65 R14, when upgrading to a 14" wheel.

As for tire choices, I wouldn't say MRF is exactly a favorite. I'd choose from Good Year (NCT5), Bridgestone (Potenza GIII) & Falken to name a few.
