15k all inclusive is a very good deal. Just hope he does a good job. BTW are you supplying the material(paint, primer etc) if so then it is too high a cost. I would not recommend 15" on a esteem. I can help you out with the performance upgrades and any mechanical jobs. Give me a buzz or pm me whenever you want to execute them.

PS - BTW Alway sbetter to do all mechanical work prior to paint job.
