Please see information on the link above. I have already convinced my
uncle
who runs a small private car hire business in New Bombay to cancel his
plans
to buy 3 new Tata Indica cars. I and my friends will try our best to
continue to discourage others by all means possible from buying Tata
Motors
products, until the customer in that link gets a fair deal from Tata.
Every one knows that there will be the odd manufacturing problem in any
assembly line, even for Honda and Toyota, but what is not acceptable
under
any circumstances is goondagiri. You may be selling too many cars to
care
anymore, but Tatas don't rule India yet. We will atleast make sure
enough
sales are lost to Tata to more than compensate for the replacement you
did
not give Varun.
We are also planning a protest in front of Bombay House. Let's see if
Ratan
Tata is also just as callous about his customers as all of you seem to
be.
