Normally in case of an airjack failure the upper car does not come down. then you gotta either use the manula override (hand crank) or call the service center.
We used this when we lived in CA. It is reasonably common in CA. The garage must have a 12ft (pref 14 ft) height though.
I have seen adverts of this in the bakc of Overdrive but wonder if ithas been installed in Mumbai. I think is it an excellent suggestion as it
almost doubles the parking space (7 spaces wil beoome 12). Ideal if you have multiple cars and use some only on weekends.
