I am not to sure about the Palio winning the OD COTY. We all know the reasons why! But the Palio did win the Autocar COTY. If as you say it did win the OD COTY then it was a hat trick for the Palio!
Thanks for clarifying the Indian COTY thing. Didn't know that but if these awards were held in 2001, the Palio would have easily taken it.
