Like Vivek said, good cables will not add/deduct anything to/from the signal. That means when you upgrade from a low quality cable to a high quality one, the sound should clear up. Soundstage should widen, vocals will be more centered, bass will have more definition, treble will smoothen and mellow down. Of course other elements like noise rejection, line voltage fidelity matter as well.
Jb and I have used exotic varities like Van Den Hul, Kimber etc to mass market products like Lightning, Monster, Tsunami etc. We have also had opportunity to ABX some of these. Lets just say interconnects are very important in an SQ setup and the influence the interconnect will have over your equipments sound is significant enough for you to care about the cable you putting in. |
You are right.But the wire you are talking about is Woofer wire and speaker wire. The wire i am talking about is the wire which comes from HU to the amp.It just brings electricity to power amps that sit.
