Listen I dont know what you are trying to proove but given the MMs of 207gms (that would mean a cone that weighs a bit more than 200gms) and a Qms of 38! this woofer would require huge power. 200W+

given the huge Mms and Qms and the high (but not so huge) Qts (in fact Qms is so high that Qts=Qes!) I dont see how to make a practical boss reflex box with this woofer. However I am willing to admit I could be wrong (If I had 1 ruppee for everytime I was wrong I'd be a millionaire).

In a 40-50 liter sealed box expect an F3 of about 42Hz.

however you can build a BOOM-BOX bass reflex woofer with this too (BB4 alignment). in a 40 liter box with a very long port. I would not be an acceptable sound.

However what you can try is build a 40 liter box. see how it sounds. then install a port (easy way is to build an extra side wall with a port attached and switch side walls). I would look at a port that is about 3-4" dia and 12-16" long. Then means that the box must have atleast one dimension that is 3-4" more than the length of the port.

However I feel the only practical solution is a sealed box.

I'd ask the Guru (Sam, JB, B&T, Gunbir etc...) what their opinion is though.
