Ofcourse 15" wheels will give you a harsher ride than the 14". Thats a decision you're gonna have to make, coz i dunno what levels of ride and handling you're looking for.
As long as the circumference of the tyre remains the same, it won't affect the suspenssion. But it will have to work harder with 15" wheels as the tyre side walls will offer lesser "flex/cushioning" compared to the 14" ones.
