Hi Everybody

The newest mod to the forum here. Born and brought up in Bangalore and came to the US for studies. Got my degree in engineering and been working in product design ever since.

A certified car nut just like you all and my life pretty much revolves around 'wheeled vehicles', that's right........2 wheelers, 3-wheelers, 18-wheelers, they all excite me. Oh! did I mention...I also like boats, yachts and jet-skis.

Currently the MVP of my stable is a silver E36 M3 coupe, an awesome all rounder which you can take to the club Sat night with 4-friends and also take on the racetrack on Sun morning. She is aging gracefully but can still show a clean pair of heels to the new kids on the block. I like cars that handle and my favorites are all BMWs, Elise, Miata, Porsche 993s etc. Call me stuck in the 90s, but I don't care too much for the new crop of gizmo laden behemoths.

Also love bikes and couple that I owned in the past were a RX100 and a CB750 Nighthawk. The fastest bikes I've driven are a R1 and a Ninja_900 but the most fun bike was KZ-450 parallel twin from the 80s. So by now, you know what I like........ small, fun and flickable.

Another related passion is motorsports and I've tried different forms over the years and blown a lot of time & $$$ on it. I love circuit racing and have my own shifter kart which I race occasionally. The most exciting race/race-track ever was in Road Atlanta, GA.

I love the technical/design side of cars and look forward to getting my hands greasy in the future. Also like the business side of auto industry, especially "Product Strategy"

Other interests include music, movies, travelling, houses/architecture and trying different types of food/beer.

So guys, that's me in a nutshell. Thanks to the mod team for nominating me and my goal is to keep the forum clean and to help out wherever needed
