The speed limit on all Dual carrigeway national highways (inc. toll roads) is 90 KMPH in North India. On teh mumbai Pune expressway it is 80 KMPH

and is 80 kmph on all other highways.

Dont know about the expressways/toll highways in the East/south east part of the OCuntry and roads like the ECR.
