No No B&T...Its just a way to show off...because LA might have imprinted "Neodymium" on the inner side of the magnet.

Or they have thought logically, in case magnet loses its BL, the customer can put a new magnet. Hence saves money. What say Navin.....
Also you have to unscrew the subs out of the box everytime you want to show off the magnets.
The other way is to mount the subs inverted, in which case they are prone to theft. Thief eloping with removable "expensive neodymium" LA magnets.
