I saw an thread on slipper clutchs. I wanted to know more on fibre clutch plates. Someone told me its used in racing conditions for faster shifts. Will this help in normal road or fast street use?

I plan to use this on my latest revamp project on RX135. I checked with few dealers in chennai. They told me its available.

Can someone enlighten me on how this works? Will it have an effect on the gear teeth and other components? Will I have to make any mods on the clutch bell etc?
