Actually, yes Infinity does have a 3 way component system and so do a few other manufacturers, but I'd like to clear a misconception once and for all.

If you use a subwoofer and a set of components that is called a 3 WAY SYSTEM! Regardless of brand, if your audio is divided into 3 different "ways" - Your low frequencies (read 80/100Hz and below) go to a subwoofer, your mid bass (read 80/100Hz to about 3/4/5K depending on the crossover design) and the highs (3/4/5K-20K) to the tweeters.
Ergo this IS a 3 way system na?

If you use a component set and no subwoofer, thats a 2 way system.
