I actually dont want to spend loads to get a "NEW" ride coz its only for 4 years and the resale will be bad. BTW i know that the Escort is a very nice car ... so what do u all suggest? Should i keep my escort or sell it? Am just scared that after repair, if anything again happens in the future, i may end up in this spares problem again.

What do u say? Is Escort a good car to keep? My dad says that the Escort's Engine is same as that of the Ikon only that ikon is an upgrade with a much better tuned and tweaked engine. He even told me that it has a wonderful acceleration and is bit better than Lancer as he drove lancers for the past 13 years!!!

BTW my escort is 1.8 Diesel.
