Default Help needed from Bike Gurus ...

Recently the front wheel bearing of my bike was replaced at
service by Kalyani-Bajaj (Mekhri circle). I'm noticing a weird
problem with the front wheel now. When cold, there is no
apparent problem. However, after a few kms ride, the wheel
seems to stick, -- some screeching noise comes when I
manually rotate the wheel after stopping, and the rotation is
not as free as when cold (during ride it is diffcult to tell if
there is some problem) !

At Kalyani-Bajaj I was told there's nothing to worry, -- some
rubber bushing was coming in contact, and just needed
lubrication ! However, the problem persists. So I need to go
back to get it really fixed. But this time I'd like to go with
some basic clue to the possible problem(s). I can't guess it
myself, so I need help from bike gurus at TBHP. This was my
first service at Kalyani -Bajaj, and I got a feeling that in general,
the mechanics there are too inexperienced and/or incompetent.
Thanks in advance for your help.
