Hi, We are planning for a Bangalore-Goa trip from 29th September - 3 Oct. Need help to

Decide which route and where to stop for breakfast and Lunch(We are planning to leave at 4 in the morning).
Place to stay in Gokarna.
Place to stay in Palolem and on the Beach.
Any precautions and additional preperations?
