95% its yr rings.. but if u still want to confirm then first chek yr turbo ... if its leaking... also yr turbo oil feed line... if there is a lot of oil press it sometimes tends to throw drops of oil into the turbo which wud cause white smoke.... so u can restrict the line a little bit... if not all this then its time for a rebuild mate... al the best...
