You have 4 SUVs and a sedan to choose from. Of the four SUVs, three are unibody, so I assume you won't get off the road a lot.
I've heard from co-workers who own the M class that the car has serious quality issues.
The Terracan would be a waste of your money. The Endeavour, I think, is grossly underpowered for a vehicle it's size (a good offroader, nevertheless). The CRV is a decent baby-SUV, and has nimble handling and a slick powertrain. Good for city driving too (my personal experience). But the price of these three SUVs is far lower than your budget, and if I understood you correct, it won't exactly be a "prestige top of the value".
So the bottomline I guess is - sedan or SUV ? And if I were you, I'd choose either the E-class or shop for a second hand BMW X5.
