I know about the engine/safety parameters...etc of Honda-CR-V, BUT why should someone spend about 15 lakhs and buy a soft-roader which only serves the purpose of a typical sedan ?

The -ve points of Honda-CR-V are many..

No 3rd row seats
Boot space same as that of a luxury saloon
Poor ride on Bad roads
No off-roading capability
High centre of gravity

Why can't we get a luxury saloon at this price ? The only saving grace is the 2.4L Accord engine and the looks !!!
