You are all set to go then! Dont worry too much about heat as long as you have a decent air circulation system inside the box. Processors can run at 100 degrees for quite some time without crashes etc., and as soon as your fans start things will be okay. The only thing that worries me is that how will motherboard perform under heat as they are not as tolerant to heat as the processor.
