Nothing beats the Panasonic Lumix FX01 ..
I am using the FX7 for 2 years now and trust me nothing comes close the the user friendliness and the Mega Optical Image Stabliser.. And the best part is that its compact...
Dunno if it will fit in the budget of 15000 but shud be close by..
But this is my opinion..
