Hi Manveet,
The air filter was not fitted when the pic was taken as there was some work going on. Car is still at the workshop undergoing some mods and fine tuning.
The material is a Exhaust Header Inferno Wrap by (Heat Shield Products USA). Also have installed a Cool Intake System fitted to the intake pipe of the air filter. Giving links to both products before anyone asks for details.

PS - for all those who asked about the spoiler the car never came with one. Maybe the previous owner removed it.
