Just reiterating what others already have Prem... Plugs and wires alone wouldnot give you any noticeble performance gains over your stock ones in good condition.

I am using NGK iridiums with a heat rating of 7E which is a cold plug meaning they do a better job of keeping your bore temp relatively cooler.

The 4 electrode plugs normally give you a marginal gain...coz 3 extra electrodes occupy more space in your combustion chamber increasing the compression one wee bit however do not forget that 3 additional electrodes means 3 more obstructive protrusions to disturb the flow of gases in the right direction. Now its for you to evaluate where you are willing to sacrifice!!!
