Not too sure if this version of the same engine will make it to these cars. The 1.3 multijet till now came with 2 states of tune, a 75bhp one and the 90 bhp one. Swift got the former, and whether or not any of the three will get the 90 bhp one is still unknown. Grande Punto has both engines and we sincerely thus hope that Fiat will (should) plonk the 90 bhp stuff on it (mainly to differentiate its car from the others using the same engine).
However this new engine being spoken about is a 105bhp one and has been launched on the Lancia brand rather than the Fiat brand which means there is quite some time before this engine makes it to the mainstream Fiats (or others with whom Fiat is contractually bound to share its engines with)
