Not entirely sure of this. On two occassions I have seen two different ladies with their cars who came for regular service. They have special all glass waiting rooms with good seating arrangements (cushy sofas, magazines, TV etc.). Moreover as I have seen they immediately dispatch a service advisor to attend the lady, thus obviating the need for a long wait.
