This is superb news! Online training would be the best way to start a program which is yet in its infancy stages. However, eventually classroom coaching would definitely be the way to go. Considering that there are very few educational institutions offering programs tailor-made for the local automotive industry, this will make life much easier for the manufacturers who would otherwise have to train people themselves. Right from Point A.

Online coaching will also greatly improve the accessibility factor; to the small towns where autocos recruit the most!
